Each product is assigned a Category price (A-J) This determines how much we will credit you if you send the product back for example 3-years down the road and would like to get a new product. Because the price of Gold fluctuates so much, we have established this category, and update the pricing daily. So if you have purchased a Category B product, it means you have a credit value of a certain amount which is at (put page link here that shows credit prices). This means when you return the product after the initial 30-days, you will get that amount credited to your account, even if the product is flattened or scratched beyond repair etc. As long as all the pieces are there, you get credited that amount specified in the list the day we receive your product. |
